Unvented hot-water cylinders
Tempest and equivalent unvented cylinders installed and certified to G3 regulations. Sized to the property’s actual hot-water demand, not just bolted in.
Underfloor heating
Pipe-loop underfloor heating laid in screed or low-profile boards. Manifolds plumbed and zoned to suit the rooms above.
Power flushing & system care
Magnacleanse and chemical power flush before a new boiler goes in, so the warranty stands and radiators run hot top to bottom.
